This site does not collect personal information, except for your name, e-mail address and phone number, if you provide them to us using the form on the contact page.

PMIG (Property Management Investment Group) does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide services you've requested.

If you are a prospective tenant, we may share your information with credit agencies or background investigation firms in order to complete your processing.

Except for disclosures authorized by you, or that PMIG may be required, or is permitted to make under applicable law, for instance to law enforcement, disclosures to non-affiliated third parties will only take place with those third parties who subject themselves to applicable data protection laws, or who sign a contract with PMIG promising to provide the same level of data security and privacy protection as provided in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

"Personal information" is information which relates to an individual from which the individual can be identified, or from which the individual can be identified when combined with other information that is in PMIG's possession or is likely to come into PMIG's possession.
